  • Monthly patches for all servers and workstations**
  • Break/fix support Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Helpdesk support Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Weekly backup and antivirus review
  • Onboarding and offboarding for employees.  We will create accounts and set up a workstation for your new employee and reverse the process if they leave.
  • Provide network diagrams to improve the supportability of your network
  • Resilient IT review to identify improvement areas for stability and recovery

 

Standard Support Plan

  • Everything included in Basic Support Plan
  • On-call break/fix support on weekends and after-hours
  • Weekly health checks of your critical servers
